Precautions for using thyristor module of stud welding machine:
1. The thyristor module of the stud welding machine is a semiconductor component. Once used, it cannot be returned or exchanged. It is necessary to be optimistic about the wiring and tighten the screws. The consequences of wrong use are at your own risk;
2. The thyristor of this type of stud welding machine is used at the output negative pole of the capacitor, and can also be used for modification and maintenance. Note that the bottom radiator is charged and can be isolated by epoxy board;
3. The thyristor can be enlarged for use, but cannot be downshifted. For example, 500A can be replaced by 600A, but 400A cannot be used.
